Kristin Breheim, RYT


Kristin Breheim, RYT has been practicing yoga for 13 years, has taught over 5,000 classes in 5 countries, and led retreats up and down North and Central America. Her free instructional videos can be found on her YouTube channel  called Yoga Is Free, and also at www.yogaisfree.com.

Inspired by her dog, Obie, her travels, and sharing her love for baking, she continues to develop her practice every day on and off the mat at home, outside, and in the studio. She's been sponsored by Lululemon Athletica, Rxemeteas, Arbonne, and Solid Body Performance.

Kristin is also trained in Thai-yoga massage, a form of massage founded in the healing principles of Ayurveda. She applies Thai-yoga in luxury massage boutiques as well as in her yoga classes.
